What I Do

One-to-One Personal Training built around you. Your goals, your pace, your journey.

All sessions are 1-2-1, in private studios and one hour long. There are no generic programmes here; everything is tailored specifically to you from day one, whether you've never set foot in a gym before or you're getting back on track after a break. Particularly popular with busy London professionals who want real results without spending hours in a gym.

The Workout Network -- Monument
Solo60 -- Across London

A small, friendly studio in the heart of the City. You may occasionally share the space with up to two other trainers and their clients, but your session is always completely personal to you.

 

📍 Monument, Central London

Fully private studios with locations across the city - Bank, Shoreditch, Tower Bridge, Vauxhall, Spitalfields, King's Cross, Fitzrovia, Errol Street and St Katherine Docks. Just us — no one else in the building. Perfect if you want complete privacy or a location that's more convenient for you.

 

📍 Multiple locations, Central & South London

All sessions take place in fully equipped, professional studios across London. Choose the location that works for you.
