About Me
I fell in love with the gym at 16. I've watched my body change, my confidence grow and my mental health improve. I've wanted to help others experience that too ever since.
I know how nerve wracking it is walking into the gym as a beginner. The feeling of not knowing exactly where to start, worrying you look silly or just feeling lost - I get it. And that's exactly why I became a Personal Trainer.
I wouldn't categorise myself as a "GO GO GO, PUSH HARDER" kind of coach. I'm patient, encouraging, and I genuinely want you to feel safe and comfortable with me. We'll have a laugh along the way too because enjoying the process is a part of it too.
My job isn't just to be your trainer. It's to be your friend, your guide and your biggest supporter, whether you're picking up a weight for the first time or finally going after a goal you've been putting off.
No judgement. No pressure. Just results.
I hold a Level 2 & 3 qualification in Personal Training and I can also offer nutrition advice to support your goals, because what happens outside the gym matters just as much as what happens inside it.
